Alternative investment manager Cedar Pacific announces that Alan Frost has joined the company as Director of Development. Alan brings 30 years of experience in development and real estate finance to the firm, including several management roles with Lendlease. Prior to joining Cedar Pacific, Alan was Group Executive – Head of Residential at 151 Property focusing on all residential asset types with particular focus on Build to Rent (BTR). In his role, Alan was responsible for the 200-unit Realm, Kangaroo Point BTR property and the 437-unit Realm, Caulfield BTR project, two of the first wave of BTR properties to become operational in Australia.

As Cedar Pacific continues to grow, Alan will drive the firm’s development business across BTR, PBSA and other emerging sectors as well as assisting to set strategy as part of the company’s executive team. Alan joins us at an opportune time as the Quay Street, Brisbane affordable BTR pilot project has recently been awarded by the State of Queensland to Cedar Pacific.
