Cedar Pacific in conjunction with UniLodge Australia collectively worked with Victorian University to establish; a world-class purpose-built student accommodation facility. Tailored to the universities specific student needs and aligned with Victoria University’s overall master plan strategy. With a strong emphasis for a communal atmosphere and large shared areas, a scheme was achieved that encompasses the collaborative student experience while achieving private spaces, enriching the student experience and bolstering Footscray as a study destination.
