Paul Fell

Since 2015, Paul Fell has used his excellent insight into company management to enhance operations as the Chief Operating Officer at Cedar Pacific. Paul is dedicated to business efficacy and endeavours to ensure operations and business practices align with the strategic goals of Cedar Pacific. Paul has developed strong relationships with Universities across Australia and New Zealand, a key focus of the Funds strategy.

He holds a degree in Management from Waikato University in New Zealand.

He has worked with Pamoja Capital for over a decade as a consultant and executive. He was an Executive and Director of the Trader Classified Media interests in Australia from 1998 to 2004.

Prior to that time, he was an Executive with the private Trading Post operation. From 2005 to 2007 he was General Manager of Classified Advertising with APN Newspapers in Australia and initiated a major restructure of the groups classified operations and call centers. He has been involved in a number of small businesses in retail, construction and consulting.
