Tim Winterflood

Tim joined Cedar Pacific in 2021 to lead the asset management function. He also leads a team focused on implementing fund ESG strategies, overseeing the property manager’s performance and helping to deliver on each fund’s investment mandate. ​

Tim brings a diverse range of experience across multiple real estate asset classes, working in asset management, investment, capital advisory, development advisory and valuations roles, over a career spanning 12 years in commercial real estate. Tim has also worked as Manager of Real Estate Transactions and Advisory at Deloitte and as a Commercial Property Valuer at CBRE. Prior to joining Cedar Pacific, Tim was the head of asset management at one of the UK’s largest flex office providers. ​

Tim holds a Masters of Applied Finance from Charles Sturt University, and a Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate and Development) from the University of Queensland. He is also qualified as a commercial property valuer (API and QLDVRB).
