Ben Wu

Ben joined Cedar Pacific in 2019 as a financial analyst with a focus on investment analysis and financial modelling. ​

Ben leads our analyst team and is an integral part of our daily operation including underwriting opportunities, business analysis, preparation of investment papers and investor updates.​ $500m AUD in successful acquisitions underwritten in the living sector as well as underwriting on all prominent PBSA portfolio transactions in Australia within the past 5 years including the A$2bn Urbanest portfolio sale.​

Prior to joining Cedar Pacific Ben worked within the finance function of the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, an RTO with branches throughout most capital cities of Australia creating management reports and dashboards as well as creating budgets and forecasts.​

Ben is a qualified member of CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Arts, majoring in Accounting from the University of Queensland.
